Married to his best friend, Matt and Jill have three adult children that reside in Texas, Florida, and California. They encouraged their children to spread their wings and fly... and fly they have!

Math was Matt's least favorite subject in school. English was his favorite. Music was his passion. Matt continues to sing on occasion and still wonders, what if the Hokey Pokey IS really what it's all about?

Early in his adult life, Matt moonlighted as a professional Disc Jockey. In fact, Matt's first dance with his wife Jill occurred at a party she hired him for! And now, 30+ years later... they're still dancing!

Matt enjoys helping young women pursue success in the sport of fastpitch softball and in life. Character, not talent, determines one’s destiny. Talent will get you to first base, but character will get you home.
